Buddy Alan Owens is the son of the late legendary Country Music Hall of Fame member, Buck Owens. Buddy appears a couple weekends a month at the venue built by his father, and he is carrying on the tradition of the Bakersfield honky tonk sound that was made famous worldwide by Buck Owens and his band, the Buckaroos.

The Buckaroos still play weekends at the Palace. They play with Buddy Alan Owens when he takes the stage in Bakersfield. Come on out and see Buddy and the Buckaroos perform. You will be glad you did! The Buckaroos are very unique in that they have been playing together for close to 40 yrs.

Doyle Singer, the bass guitarist and singer, has been in the band 40 yrs. Jim Shaw, the Piano player, has been with them 39 years. Terry Christopherson, the lead guitarist and steel guitar player, has been there 36 years. People travel from all over the world to see the legendary Buckaroos when they play with Buddy Alan Owens and then on some weekends when they play alone.

Brooke Burke, the famous Television personality, model, actress, dancer, spokes-model and mother of 4 children, is now one of the hosts of the hit television series “Dancing with the Stars”. Brooke was the winner on Season 7 of the show. Burke is the former host of the popular Wild on E. She traveled the world going to awesome locations for the E entertainment network.
